Cast your bread upon the waters,
for after many days you will find it again.

One of our goals is to deliver a loaf of bread to each local, first-time visitor, if at all possible, the afternoon of the visit. There are three tasks that must be accomplished to make this happen:

• Bread must be baked and donated
• Visitors must be identified
• Bread must be delivered

The Evangelism Team includes dedicated participants who make this happen.

The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is a people of the Table. By that we mean that sharing the Lord's Supper is a most significant event for us. Thus, for Crown Heights Christian Church, bread is a very important symbol.
